10) The Buyer will perform all necessary medical tests required before and during the use of this medication.
11) The Buyer will pay regular visits to his doctor to check his health condition when using the medication.
12) The Buyer will stop taking the medication immediately and turn to a qualified doctor in the case any adverse side effect occurs.
13) The Buyer hold the Seller as well as the credit card processing company ('SmartPeople') free of any and all legal action and prosecution.
14) The Buyer will keep the medication away from women and children.
15) The Seller will reship orders lost in mail.
16) The Seller will not be held responsible for any delays the postal and/or couriers services may have.
17) The Buyer must allow a period of 28 days from date of purchase for the product to arrive.
18) The Buyer should check with his custom services, that he is allowed to import the medications. The Seller will not held responsibile for any custom delays or seizures and will not refund the Buyer.
19) Products cannot be returned and refunded.
20) The Seller may choose to refuse orders for what ever reason. This includes, but is not limited to specific customers, regions and/or countries.
21) Products are shipped from outside the U.S. We may ship from Greece, U.K., Turkey or any other country we find convenient.
22) It is your full responsibility to make sure you are entitled to import the requested medications into your country. We will not be held responsible for any financial losses you may have, any customs or any legality issues in your country.
